Welcome to Lightful Community, an educational platform operated by Nour Atoui under the registered business name Les Designs Lightful. The business also operates online under the brand name Lightful Design Co.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Lightful Community website, courses, digital products, educational resources, and community spaces.
In these Terms, “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to Nour Atoui, operating as Les Designs Lightful. “Lightful Community” refers to the educational platform through which these products and services are offered. “you” refers to anyone who visits the website, purchases a product, enrolls in a course, or participates in a community space.
By accessing or using Lightful Community, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the applicable services.
Lightful Community provides educational resources designed to support graphic designers and creative professionals in developing their skills and creative practices.
Products and services may include:
Online courses and educational Blueprints.
Downloadable templates, guides, worksheets, presentations, and other resources.
Free educational content and courses.
Private community spaces and opportunities for discussion.
Other digital products and learning resources offered from time to time.
Each product may have its own description, price, contents, delivery method, and access conditions. Please review the applicable product page and checkout details before making a purchase.
All educational content is provided for learning and informational purposes. While I aim to offer useful, thoughtful, and practical resources, I do not guarantee specific business results, income, client acquisition, or professional outcomes.
Prices are displayed on the applicable product page or checkout page in the currency indicated there. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout, which may include Stripe and payment services provided through Podia.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase, including your name, email address, and any required billing information.
If a payment fails or a transaction appears fraudulent, I may take reasonable steps to investigate or resolve the issue, subject to applicable law.
Where payment plans are offered, the payment amounts, schedule, and applicable conditions will be displayed before purchase. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to the stated payment obligations, subject to any rights available to you under applicable law.
Following a successful purchase or registration, access instructions will generally be provided through your Podia account or sent to the email address you supplied.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to your account.
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, paid products are intended to include ongoing, lifetime access to the purchased product, subject to these Terms, applicable law, and the continued availability of the product and the platform through which it is delivered.
Lifetime access does not mean that a third-party platform or service is guaranteed to operate indefinitely. I will make reasonable efforts to maintain access to purchased products and address material access issues.
Products may be updated, improved, reorganized, or corrected over time.
Some products may be offered through Early Access, during which lessons or resources are released gradually as they are completed.
Where this applies, the product page will explain the nature of the Early Access arrangement before purchase. By purchasing such a product, you acknowledge that not all lessons or resources may be available immediately.
I will make reasonable efforts to deliver the content described on the applicable product page. Any specific release commitments communicated at the time of purchase will form part of the applicable product offering.
Please review the product description, contents, access conditions, and checkout details carefully before purchasing.
My general policy is that voluntary refunds are not offered once access to a digital product has been provided.
However, this policy does not exclude, restrict, or replace any mandatory cancellation rights, refund rights, warranties, or other remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
Your legal rights may depend on the nature of the product, the circumstances of the transaction, and the laws that apply to your purchase.

All original educational content made available through Lightful Community, including videos, lessons, written materials, frameworks, presentations, templates, worksheets, graphics, and downloadable resources, is owned by me or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.
When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the included materials for your personal learning and permitted professional work, subject to the specific terms of the product.
Unless expressly permitted by the applicable product licence, you may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or resell the educational materials.
Share your account, login credentials, or paid resources with others.
Upload paid materials to public websites, shared resource libraries, or unauthorized platforms.
Repackage my educational content, templates, or frameworks as your own product.
Create or sell a competing educational product based substantially on my original materials.
Remove copyright notices or misrepresent my original work as your own.
Use my name, brand, or materials in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or affiliation.
You may apply the knowledge and skills you learn to your own design practice and client projects.
Where a resource is intended for client work, you may use it for that purpose within the scope of the licence provided. However, you may not redistribute or resell the underlying resource itself unless expressly permitted.
You retain ownership of your own original work, subject to any third-party rights and the rights applicable to materials supplied through Lightful Community.
If you believe your intellectual property has been used unlawfully through Lightful Community, please contact me with details of your concern.
Some products may include access to a private community or discussion space.
These spaces are intended to encourage learning, respectful conversation, collaboration, and connection among members.
By participating, you agree to:
Treat other members with respect.
Avoid harassment, threats, discrimination, or abusive behaviour.
Respect other members' privacy and avoid sharing their personal information without permission.
Avoid posting unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content.
Avoid spam, unsolicited promotions, and disruptive self-promotion.
Respect the intellectual property and confidentiality of other members.
Share only content you have the right to share.
Please do not share confidential client information, private communications, or materials belonging to others without appropriate permission.
You remain responsible for the content you post and for ensuring that it complies with applicable law and these Terms.
I reserve the right to moderate community spaces, remove content, or restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect members, address misuse, or enforce these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Community participation does not guarantee individual responses, personal coaching, or a particular level of support unless expressly included in the relevant product description.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and taking reasonable steps to protect your account.
You may not sell, transfer, or share your account or allow others to access paid content through your account without authorization.
Please contact me if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
I may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unauthorized sharing, security concerns, or serious violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Lightful Community provides educational and informational resources.
The content reflects my experience, knowledge, and approach to design and related professional practices. It is not a guarantee of success and may not be suitable for every individual or business.
You are responsible for how you apply the information, make business decisions, price your services, manage client relationships, and use the resources provided.
Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, accounting, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
Where professional advice is required, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
Lightful Community relies on third-party services, including Podia and Stripe, to support website hosting, product delivery, account management, and payment processing.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
I do not control the independent operations of third-party services. However, I will make reasonable efforts to address issues affecting the products and services I provide, subject to applicable law.
I may update website content, improve educational resources, reorganize lessons, or make changes to the platform as my business develops.
I will make reasonable efforts to ensure that material changes do not undermine specific commitments made to customers at the time of purchase.
I cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, community, or third-party platforms.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, I am not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Lightful Community or the application of its educational materials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, warranty, remedy, or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to waive mandatory protections available to consumers under Quebec law or other applicable legislation.
Personal information collected through Lightful Community is handled in accordance with the Lightful Community Privacy Policy.
Where consent is required for the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information, that consent will be obtained as required by applicable law.

You may stop using Lightful Community at any time.
I may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address serious violations of these Terms, unauthorized distribution of paid materials, fraud, or conduct that threatens the safety or integrity of the community.
Any action taken will be subject to applicable law and any contractual commitments made in connection with your purchase.
Termination does not remove rights or obligations that arose before termination, or any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.
Where you reside outside Quebec, any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of your place of residence remain unaffected.
Any dispute will be handled by the courts or other dispute-resolution bodies that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
